Do I need an appointment for deliveries or pickups?

Appointments are not required. Drivers should give us a call at (928) 645-3166 the day of arrival to check in and receive loading or unloading instructions.

How should drivers check in when they arrive?

Drivers should park near the Gate 1 entrance and check in with the main office upon arrival. After checking in, drivers will be directed through Gate 1 and around to the appropriate loading area.

What documents do drivers need to bring?

In most cases, no paperwork is required for pickups.
If you are delivering materials to Page Steel, please call ahead at (928) 645-3166 for delivery instructions or documentation requirements.

Where should trucks enter the facility?

All trucks should enter through Gate 1, which is the designated shipping and receiving entrance.

Is there a designated waiting area for trucks?

A waiting area is not required. Once you check in, the Page Steel team will direct you to the appropriate loading or unloading location.

Who is responsible for loading and unloading?

The Page Steel team handles loading and unloading for deliveries and pickups. If you need assistance, please call the office at (928) 645-3166 and ask for Kris with dispatch.

Are forklifts or loading equipment available on-site?

Yes. Page Steel provides forklifts and the necessary equipment to safely load and unload materials.

Are there trailer restrictions or weight limits?

There are no specific trailer restrictions or weight limits, but drivers with oversized loads are encouraged to call ahead at (928) 645-3166 for coordination.

Are there safety requirements drivers should follow?

Drivers should bring their own PPE (personal protective equipment) as needed.

While on-site, please:

  • Drive at a dust-controlled speed
  • Follow any instructions provided by Page Steel staff
  • Maintain safe practices while loading or unloading
Are drivers required to remain in their trucks?

No. Drivers may exit their vehicles if necessary while following normal site safety practices.

Are deliveries accepted outside normal business hours?

Yes, after-hours deliveries may be accepted, but drivers should call ahead at (928) 645-3166 to coordinate instructions.

Is the facility closed on holidays?

Yes. Page Steel is closed on major holidays. If you are planning a delivery near a holiday, please give us a call at (928) 645-3166 to confirm availability.
